Great Britain women’s rugby team defeated Canada to win the World Cup in 2014. Now the have their eyes on an Olympic championship to go with it. Emily Scarratt, the captain of the women’s seven squad is shown above holding their World Cup Trophy. Here’s a couple of other pics of Emily.

Five British women ruggers, including four Olympians, posed for this nude group photo for Women’s Health magazine last month (unfortunately, Emily Scarratt wasn’t one of them).

The five women, from left to right, were Heather Fisher, Amy Wilson-Hardy, Michaela Staniford (the non-Olympian), Danielle Waterman and Claire Allan.

The Great Britain gals start pool play today (Sat Aug 6th) with an 11 am match against host country Brazil and will follow that with a second match later this afternoon at 4 pm with Japan.
